Mr Window Cleaner is expanding and we are seeking a driven, confident and target-focused full-time Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser to join our growing team.
This is a professional sales role combining residential face-to-face canvassing with telesales follow-ups. It is suited to individuals who are confident communicators and motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will be responsible for:

Door-to-door canvassing in residential areas

Generating new recurring window cleaning customers

Following up warm leads and previous enquiries

Cold calling new, current and lapsed customers
-
Promoting additional services such as gutter clearance, fascia cleans and conservatory roof cleans

Accurately recording customer information

Working towards clear daily and weekly performance targets
This is a results-driven role requiring consistency, resilience and professionalism.
Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday

30-minute unpaid break per day
Pay & Earnings:

£12.21 per hour (Age 21+)

£10.00 per hour (Under 21)

Uncapped commission
-
Weekly performance bonuses
Realistic On-Target Earnings: £40,000 – £60,000+ per year.
Commission is paid on new recurring customers and additional services sold.
Full earnings structure will be discussed at interview.

Ideal Candidate:
